My father is having diabetes but recently his sugar level is 48 and facing frequent urination but he is having regular food with normal sugar. He is also feeling clumsiness and tiredness with headache Kindly help

Hi noted history, if he is having low sugars means, need to cut down diabetes medicines... Frequent urination means need to rule out Urinary Infection,  kidney stones, calcium levels, .... also check serum creatinine, SGOT and SGPT to know the status of kidney functions , liver functions - recurrent hypos means
