Sir I have a hypoechoic lesion of size 40.8*35.1 mm at upper pole of left kidney.is it require surgery??

For detail evaluation of lesions in the Kidney Contrast CT scan is investigation of choice It will give description of lesions vascularity benign or malignant Before ct scan Creatinine levels should be checked
