She was diagnosed with depression when she was 18 and took her medicines. She had undergone four surgeries and her uterus and ovaries were removed when she was 34. Four months ago she started complaining of nausea, bloating, etc. After visiting multiple doctors, she was admitted to the hospital for observation where her final diagnosis was Anxiety Neurosis Disorder. We had visited a neuropsychiatrist twice who was referred by her gastroenterologist, but she refuses to continue her medicine complaining that the neuropsychiatrist's medicines cause her constipation, sleeplessness, nausea, bloating. She takes two food supplements which are unnecessary and when we threw away one food supplement the other day she turned violent and agressive. She only wants medicines, and won't eat properly. But at the same time she will never take her psychiatric medicines, and the situation is getting Worser by the day. What should I do? Please help me.

Get her to a new Psychiatrist, admit her in Psychiatry hospital if necessary. Counseling along with medicine will be very helpful.
