Respected Sir/Ma'am, This literally freaks me out something and I get very anxious thinking about I will get this particular disease. I'm a medico, having some knowledge about diseases. Small symptoms makes me very anxious and I think of having a particular disease. Like I'm feeling pain in my right inguinal region and on comparing it with left side I think it's li'l bit swelled up and I may develop TB Hip or hernia as in childhood(age 1-2yrs) I have suffered from pulmonary TB. This is very distressing. I hate taking medicines. This unintentional overthinking gives me anxiety and decreases my performance. It's affecting my studies 😪😪 Can't take anti anxiety drugs because of it's side effects. Kindly help
