I have a hypertrophic scar below my collar bone area. It's been there for more than 4 years now and recently I have been noticing that it has increased in it's width. I am a little scared as I don't know if that's normal. Also, one of my doctors recommended me to get it injected but I just wanted to know if getting an injection in such a scar be dangerous?
