Iam having hyperthyroidism which was diagnosed few days back...my tests are as follows 1)free t3= 7.45 pg/ml 2)free t4=. 2.63 ng/dl 3)Tsh= 0.003 uIu/ml 4) Anti tpo-202.6 IU/ml 5)t3= 181.52 ng/dl 6) t4= 13.27 ug/dl ..iam having bulging eyes, tiredness, lack of sleep, anxiety,high heart rate...iam taking carbimazole 10 mg since few days......attaching the report of thyroid sonography.....i had done done thyroid sonography in 2018 too which showed a nodule in the thyroid but test report was normal that time ..how did this arise ? ..what to do ?...plz help Is it graves disease?

As u have proptosis, u have graves hyperthyroidism with orbitopathy. Need to do  Technicium 99 thyroid uptake scan. Continue antithyroid drugs along with beta blockers depending on clinical examination. Need to find out clinical activity score and severity score of hyperthyroidism. Management varies

It may be graves. However need a better test and if it is then needs long term treatment. Though just by looking at the bloods it should not be very long term.
