Feeling uneasy and vomiting like sensation. Had a history of hyperthyroidism in 2021, it went away in few months. Few days back , i noticed a swelling on throat. Reports attached

It seems like hashimoto thyroiditis and you need to get your anti TPO done. Also repeat your fT3, fT4, TSH every three months For uneasy and vomiting like sensation get yourself evaluated for GERD.
