Sir iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension, iam using olmezest H20 tab, iam taking bp reading by automated bp monitor. I took 4 readings per each sitting. My first reading always high than later readings. Pls suggest which reading should be considered? During first reading iam very anxious and nervous . Pls suggest sir 1 reading 148/78 2 reading 118/70 3 reading 118/70 4 reading 113/67. Regards.
