My wife is suffering from hypertension since long, her normal BP reading is 95/145, sometimes it is up to 155. For last 15 days, she experienced sudden sweating at any time specially while working household, feeling uncomfortable during sleep, less sleep, continuous headache(regularly),she got cesarean delivery for two babies with a gap of 9 years. She put on weight also, however she is regularly walking n doing other exercises at home. She is not on any kind of medication for high BP except during pregnancy. Do guide us for the tretment.
