I did lipid profile test . My report is as under . My total cholesterol is 130 . My Hdl is 30 . My ldl is 70 .my triglycerides is 143 . My vldl is 28 .. pl advice .. I hve hypertension and on medicines prolomet Co 50 and erilartel ch

Your lipod profile is good. Only problem is that HDL is low( it is good cholesterol, more the better).. only way to improve it is regular excercise.
