Hello docs, I was taking Amlokind AT. I want to know, can I take Betacard-AM instead of Amlokind AT? Is the efficacy and quality same of both meds? And is Betacard AM generic medicine?

Content of both the medicines are same that is atenolol and Amlodipine. Drug efficacy depends on multiple factors during production post production, so minor variation might come due to change in the brand. Since both the medications are same I would not advise to change the drug.
