Heart beat is more faster in the evening and there is slight chest congestion. Breathing problem and cold.

it you feel the heartbeat than it is called as palpitaion reasons for palpitations are arrythemias , high bp, valve problems and etc.
Next Steps
you should do first chest xray and ECG to know the heart status

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  First of all, your question is incomplete. whats your blood pressure recordings like? Since when are you facing these issues?
