I m currently taking vitamin B12 injections as it is below 83. .and also m taking acne treatment.. but my area Around mouth and eyes became much darker now.. m not stepping out in Sun also.. why it happens?

Pigmentation around mouth is usually due to b complex vitamin deficiency. Sunlight does not play a role in causing it. I suggest you continue with your b12 injections but also take some multi vitamin tablets including vitamin c to help in improving the pigmentation.
