Hyperpigmentation in face

I have Hyperpigmentation in my face particularly around mouth area. Dark ring like spots covering the mouth area. Dont know what to do. This makes me look old and to have a dull look. I am trying out all home remedies but of no use. I need a solution for this condition of my facial skin. Please help me.
