Hyperpigmentation in chin and neck area

I have hyperpigmentation in chin and neck area. I have consulted 3 dermatologists by far past 2 years and I didn't get satisfying results. The last doctor after a year of mild treatments suggested mesotherapy Glutathione. Did one sitting and the second one was planned after a month but it didn't happen for which I don't know the reason. Need help
