Hyperpigmentation and rough skin
I have extremely dark and rough skin on my knees , elbows and inner thighs and lower part of buttocks. I moisturize and apply scrubs at regular intervals but that doesn't seem to help. Are there any topical treatment available for lightening these body parts. I am not comfortable getting any type of treatment on private parts so please suggest any cream or gel for the same.
Is the darkening present around your neck , armpits too ? You might be having acanthosis nigricans. It needs complete evaluation and prescription can be given accordingly.
