Hii, My Brother suffered with Leukoplakia ,Plz go thru the Biopsy report & give advice how to prevent it in future

Moderate dyslasia in one sample. Clinically if the lesion appears to be suspicious, and if it’s a localised area, we advise excision and biopsy of the lesion. Upto one side cheek mucosa can be excised and reconstructed. If the leukoplakia is involving whole oral cavity you can only monitor.
Next Steps
Must need clinical assessment to advise more.

You must consult a good oral surgeon as the report shows dysplasia along with hyper keratosis so the patient should be closely monitored
