Since when the sweating is happening? As you are saying it's mostly when you are tensed. Also how much do u sweat like profusely, automatically or normal sweat. Wet palms, raised heartbeat, nervousness, etc..are many symptoms of anxiety. So if you are unable to find any logical reason then it could be anxiety. But we should not get into conclusion unless you are assessed for the same. Also it is advisable to write down all the situawhen you sweat.

As mentioned before write down all situations when you sweat, see if they are all challenging situations or normal e.g. heat, synthetic clothes etc.
start with deep breathing exercises the moment you feel your heart racing or any anxiety situation (exams, first day in college..). this will settle your nerves and calm you down.
