I have hyperhidrosis since my childhood area underarms, palm, feet I can't shake hands i feel embarass also cant' walk properly due to sweat in my feet feel slippery while walking kindly suggest me what should do to get rid off this problem

It's quite normal, in some cases stress can increase the issue. There are certain gels/creams available which can help to reduce the secretions on regular application.
