  4. Hyperactive. I don't know what to do?

One of my twin is hyperactive. He is very good at learning. He watches videos and learnt lots of things. My concern is he always hurts other twin. I have seen him hurting other kids. He hits me. I don't know what to do? I get so tired taking care of him
