I have been facing hyper Triglycerides. It was reported 585 today in my blood profile. I want suggestions as which medicine to use and what diet to follow. I would be grateful if I am prescribed the best medicine. I also recently recovered from COVID-19. So please tell in accordance to the condition.

What is your lipid profile done in fasting state ??if not so triglyceride maybe spurious high. What about the other components of your lipid profile
