I'm 20 and I have dark spots since 4 yrs on my face.I had consulted a doc nearby.I did follow the medication strictly and also he prescribed chemical peeling which I got done once coz of which my face turned pink and rough.nothing really worked so I wanted to know if I could use hydrogen peroxide for the dark spots and to even out skin tone?
