I found in hsg that I have bilateral hydrosalpinx. Can FTR unblock the tubes ? Pls suggest I don't have kids yet .

Better to go for IVF only dear . Hydrosalpinx even after recanalisation will prevent pregnancy as the tubes are diseased.
