Hydrocephalus(water like fluid in my Brain) since I was 6months old. Now I am 24 years old. Dr suggested there's no need of any surgery for Hedrocephalus as per MRI investigations. My Question is what kind of problems I face due to Hydrocephalus? Coz from last 6 months there's a pain in my lower back of head only in the night time before sleep. Is it becoz, I am currently on Bipolar medication? from last 7 months. What are the side effects of hydrocephalus?

if you had hydrocephalus at 6 months age then it means that it has turned into arrested hydrocephalus now. it does not have any major side effects.  the other problems seem to be unrelated
