Hydrocele and frequent urination

There is a my friend that is about 22 year old. Whose size of hydrocele has been increased and now have been big and heavy in weight that give him uncomfortable and mentally depression. There is also  problem of frequent urination (about 15-20 times per 24 hours). Please please tell me what to do now?

Hi, I am Dr. Charles Mano Sylus from Chennai. He needs to undergo surgery for his hydrocele but before that he needs to undergo an ultrasound of abdomen n scrotum to rule out any inguinal hernia. secondly, he needs to do a urine routine and check his sugar levels  and CBC also, this will tell the cause of frequent urination
