Hello sir since 3 years I have swelling in my scrotum when I pressed the swelled area it is compressible I think it's hydrocele do I need check up please tell because in my relative and family  some people get hydrocele and they do not get operated for years since I have up and down for my business I don't want surjury as of now  please advise me next step I should take

Though hydrocele is not an emergency it cannot be treated by medicines. Though age is a matter of concern here.
Next Steps
better to get evaluated for the cause even if surgical management can be delayed. the treatment will need to be hastened depending on the cause though

Hi... you need ultrasound scrotum for furthur evaluation. If it is hydrocele u can take some more time. But if it is secondary any other testicular pathology you need treatment as soon as possible.
