Please narrate this test result to me as there is still some time left to the next appointment. Sono-Salpingography: Pre-Procedure: Homogeneous Myometrium. Both Ovaries contain multiple immature follicles. Bilateral Tubes are normal in calibre. Post Procedure: Bilateral free Spillage is evident. Distension of Endometrial cavity; depicting smooth sharp inner linings. Accumulation of fluid in pelvis.
