hello I am sure if u don use fat in your diet also u will be using carbohydrates more dan 40percent of carbohydrates will be converted into fats and cholesterol...
exercise walking and yoga definitely increases good cholesterol on top of that u need to use polyunsaturated fatty acids like sunflower or safflower oil....for further evaluation and treatment meet physician and dietician.
