In a fight , the person hit me with his head on my nose . It started bleeding and the upper part has swollen , and it pains when I touch my nose .

You seem to be having blunt injury to the nose. Usually you will have swelling and pain for three to five days. Nasal bone fracture needs to be ruled out by x ray. Once it is ruled out simple painkillers are sufficient to manage pain
