Hurt foot toe
Hi doctor my one object fell on my baby's foot toe. He is crying. After getting hurt, for sometime he cried after that for an hour he played well. He woke up from sleep after that started crying. We are thinking due to toe pain. Attaching inage
The toe is not swollen and doesn't seem to be skin or soft tissue or bone involvement.

This is a subungal hematoma, give paracetamol syp for pain by telling me correct age and body weight of child for correct dose and to remove hematoma vist near by hospital or nursing home.
