I have a hump (gaat) on shoulder for about 3 years now but I start having pain around it. What should I do and why am I feeling this pain now.

Hump can be due to various reasons. Pain can occur due to pressure by swelling to underlying nerves. Please consult a General surgeon for further evaluation and treatment
