Dear sir, i had fracture , and had titanium ate , its been 10 years now i want to get rid of it , is it safe after being so long and how long it will fully recover , please suggest

If the fracture  has united,then the plate can be  removed. It usually takes 8 to 10 days for wound to heal.

Yes it can be removed if u wish.. routinely titanium plates in arm bone without symptoms need not be removed
