My 6 years son treating hsp nephritis with predinisolone & ramipil 1.25 from last three weeks now night cough problems is arise, after using nibulizer with levosalbutamol but not get well what should I do? His uristick results is +1 From last three days noticed morning urine start with 5-10ml white type. For what? Whom I consult hematologist or nephrologist?

Get BP and Urea, creatinine, Urine RM checked regularly Prefer stopping ramipril, it can cause cough,, Also delay improvement
