Please explain the meaning of this report The uterus is normal in size & appear retroverted The uterine wall are smooth No intra -luminal filling defects are see Bilateral fallopian tube is opacified & appear normal with free spill of contrast is noted on bith side.

It means you have a normal uterus ( no abnormal mass or obstruction inside the uterus) , and both your tubes are not blocked , it is a normal study . This is one of the diagnostic work up done in infertility cases .
