Hrct scan report

Hi I have undergone hrct chest it shows 1) bilateral minimal plueral effusion and 2)infective etiology -corads 2 Are these treatable or anything serious? Also I have undergone 3 head ct scans in which 2 were taken with period of 2 weeks in 2018 all these 3 And in 2020 hrct scan And X-rays thrice 2 chest and one throat My other query is an I prone to cancer in the future or any cell damage ? Iam 27 years old female.
