I am taking hp kit since last yesterday for h pylori treatment. From yesterday feeling itching on hands & body. Is this any side effects of kit, any of medicine can raise sgpt / shot?

You are taking an H. pylori eradication HP kit (usually contains a PPI + 2 antibiotics like amoxicillin/clarithromycin/metronidazole).
Next Steps
• Stop the HP kit immediately and contact your doctor (important) • Take an anti-allergic (after medical advice), e.g.: – Levocetirizine / cetirizine • Watch for warning signs: – Rash, swelling of lips/face – Breathing difficulty → seek urgent care • Your doctor may: – Change to an alternative H. pylori regimen – Decide if LFT (liver tests) are needed

Any medicine can cause itching due to allergy. Take cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5 days. Tab monteleukast 10mg one daily for 5 days. Please consult if problem continues.
