I see this white thing near the nose end. This doesn't get cleared by face wash consisting of salicylic acid Is it really white heads how to get rid of it

first of all cut down ur supply of excesss sugar and carbohydrates.regular scrub with besan mixed with curd every day will be very beneficial.apply generously at that area
