Male, 54 have problems related to pain in my joints specially in my knee and elbow region. Doctots always said it to be beacuse of age and calcium deficiency. I am on regular tablets for calcium as well. But still pain in my fingertips is not going off. How to treat this pain in fingertips?

it could be due to increased uric acid levels or deficiency in vitamin D and B12. kindly check
