Hi to reduce weight you need to follow a healthy eating and exercise pattern. Have small, regular meals. Increase the intake of fruits and salads in the diet. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. 2 to 3 cups of green tea. Exercise for an hour 6 days a week. Surya namaskar is helpful but along with that do some brisk cardio workout like walking or cycling.
