Is there any method or procedure to be done which can help to reduce swelling or puffy eyes from crying? I am a 26 year old girl. Will cold water help in reducing? Applying any ointment or cream will be good? Puffiness is so obvious need to know how to immediately reduce the puffiness?

Puffiness over the lids is usually due to mental stress or nutritional deficiency or sleeplessness or laxity of skin. Please do cold compresses and give a gentle massage around your orbit from out to inwards with any good cream and consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and also do cold compresses with ice.
