hello there.
follow these steps.
1. instead of having 3 full meals have 5 smaller meals.
2. start your day with 2 glasses of water and you should be consuming atleast 12 glasses of water in a day.
3. have high protein, low carbohydrate and low fat diet.
4. out of the 5 meals, one meal should consist entirely fruits and vegetables only.
5. atleast 30 minutes of brisk walking is recommended.
6. don't have anything heavy before sleep. you should not have anything before 2 hours of sleep.
7. have atleast 2-3 cups of green tea everyday.
this should help you cut down on your belly fat fast.
but it will require you to be persistent on it. don't expect magical results but rest assured results will come over time.
