How to reduce Nasonex nasel spray usage

My doctor has advised to take Nasonex nasel spray as an when needed. He is not reachable and out of India. Can someone please guide how to stop taking Nasonex nasel spray, can I stop it directly or need to reduce dose? If dose needs to be reduced how to reduce it before completely stopping? Right now I am taking it once daily, 2 times in each nostril for one week. Please help

Its steroid nasal spray u can use it for 5-6 days when nasal allergy symptoms arise than stop and consult any nearby ENT doctor physically. Dont self medicate
