Hello, few tips to loose weight are: Have 5-6 small and frequent meals instead of 3 heavy meals in a day.Include fruits, vegetables and salads in your diet. Reduce carbs and fat ( rice, potatoes, bananas, breads, butter, ghee, junk foods like pizza, burgers, maggi, pasta, sweets , chocolates, etc)
