Enjoy what you do . Get a new hobby or job whichever you find interesting. Think of the small picture. Think of what you are going to do today and tomorrow and next month and next year. Follow a good diet . Avoid junk food and addictions like smoking, drinking. Take out atleast one hour daily to just go into the nature maybe nearby garden, park , lake side etc. It's helpful for your mental health. Mental health is as important as physical health. We doctors have a very busy and stressful lifestyle , so whatever little time we get , we find it very grateful and thankful and indulge in doing things or going to places we love, talk to our near and dear ones. It creates a feeling of content and never even get a thought of how to live longer or disease free !
