Doctors pls suggest me some tips and some foods to increase post prandial blood sugar range. Can milk increase blood sugar level? Pls help me doctor. And what foods should I add ?? And if my blood sugar level is low i.e, (72.5) then is my hemoglobin also low ??? 🥺🥺🙏
