This is a chicken pox scar. Scarring is more likely if you scratched or picked at your chicken pox, or if you had a severe case that damaged the outer layer of skin. Chicken pox scars are notoriously difficult to fade. Treatments include Fillers like soft tissue fillers which can be used to add shape back into depressed or sunken scars. Others like Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, Chemical peels, Skin grafting and Laser resurfacing like CO2 lasers. Consult a Dermatologist for the same to find the best solution depending on the skin type amd requirement.
