I have 7 week old preterm baby to whom I have introduced bottle for top up feeds with formula and is now refusing to exclusively breast feed. How can I change? Is it too late i am worried

Try breastfeeding as much as possible. Bottle feeding is fine. Because many doctors suggest wati spoon but they don't consider the time required to feed 60ml with wati spoon. So bottle is fine just maintain strict hygiene

it is not advisable to give bottle feeding to the child because in the long run it can lead to infections as well as can cause problems in the the tooth eruption of the child. it is advisable that you should go for either katori spoon feeding and later on with the help of a small baby glass feeding or sipper feeding.

U should avoid bottle feeding..this is the reason why baby is not taking breast feed.. In breast milk baby has to put effort, in bottle feed milk will just flow.. chance of infection is very high in bottle feed
Next Steps
Give palladai or kattori feed instead of bottle..
