How to diagnose rotated or tilted pelvis
Dear doctors my local doctors are not able to diagnose my hip issie in the x ray they say it is showing nothing but can someone suggest me what are the modalities being used to conform tilt rotation of hip or pelvis to confirm the diagnosis. I will be grateful to you guys thank you.here shadow of illium is different so the lenght of both hip joint allimgment with respect to each other

Clinical examination and gait analysis is the best way to asses the tilt or rotation. We cannot say for sure what was the position while taking the x-ray and thus not right to comment. If we presume that the legs were kept properly then your right hip may be a little higher compared to left.
