Plz see the attached photo and answer is these acne scare curable ? In how many days it will take to cure it and what medicines r best for it as my doctor put me on triphala and ashwagandha for this

Triphala is correct line of treatment but it need to be added with few more drugs. Along with some peeling for fast results.
