High TSH can be due to secondary hyperthyroidism and primary hypothyroidism. Will need to see the values of t3 and t4 to decide on one diagnosis. And then a cause will need to be identified by appropriate scans and tests. Can not directly say medicine is right. If it is secondary hyperthyroidism this medicine will keep it under control although will not treat the cause. And it is safe in pregnancy. For more guidance take a personal instant consultation.
